Our goal is to raise $230,000.00 to create a tiny home community in Albemarle County for veterans, disabled neighbors, seniors, and hard-working families who are being priced out of our area.

100% of every dollar goes directly toward land purchase, infrastructure, permits, and construction. Together, we can turn empty land into a warm, welcoming neighborhood.

Community gardens, shared spaces, and a safe place to call home.
Goal to build 20 homes in this first community.
Reserved units for veterans, disabled, and elderly residents.
